Hello Spring, Hello Lake Life!

There is nothing more exciting than springtime, the winter blues are washed away by the spring sun - and its time to launch your boat! To ensure we provide you with the best service, we have implemented new processes with SpeedyDock to make your spring launch fast and easy. Use SpeedyDock to schedule when you would like to pick up your boat or have it launched this spring. You may have received an email from SpeedyDock with a link to request your spring launch, or simply log on to your account from any browser or the app. Watch the video provided for a quick tutorial on the process.

The water is great - let's get you out there

• Current & Past Valet Customers

  Please note that this request is ONLY to prepare your boat for your valet season and we will not launch your boat on this date. We ask that you schedule your on-water launches separate from this request through the SpeedyDock app using your Username and Password - This is the same procedure as last season.

Spring Launch Checklist

• Plan Ahead

  Schedule your spring launch appointment at least 2 weeks in advance.

• Boat Trailers

  If we will be storing your boat trailer for the summer, we will ask you to fill out a Summer Trailer Storage Form. Please contact the Service Department.

• Spring Launch Starts May 1st

  Launch appointments begin May 1st. If you require a launch prior to May 1st, please call.

• Multiple Boats Launch

  If you have more than one boat here for storage, please make sure you select which boat you are scheduling for launch.

• Check For Confirmation

  Once you have submitted a launch appointment you will get a confirmation e-mail. Please call or text us if you do not receive the confirmation.

• Valet Customers

  After selecting the date, time and which boat, you will be able to choose delivery by water, delivery by land, valet or slip.

• Slip Customers

  For slip customers - you are selecting the date you want your boat put in your slip.

• Launch Date Changes

  Once the appointment is submitted, you will be unable to change the requested date and time. If for any reason you need to change the date please call or text us as soon as possible and we can change it for you based on what is available.
